All i have paid service does not work
I have recharged for 33 for 2GB and the service cannot be used by me. And I put a talk time of 10 and cannot use the service.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The basic issue was that Airtel cannot receive payments from a non-Indian bank; I had a friend who has an Indian bank account pay the bill, which resolved the issue

Request not being attended to

I am an Airtel customer using Airtel Black subscription for the following:
Self Prepaid: 948016**** in the name of T R Ranganath
Wifes Prepaid: 90350 0**** in the name of Lalitha Ranganath
Unfortunately my wife passed away in December 2023 and I surrendered her subscription in November 2024 after retaining it for almost 1 year.I am currently in the US on a visit . I need to e-verify her IT returns and can do it only after entering the OTP received on her phone.
Hence I had requested for reactivation of her above mentioned number (90350 0****) repeatedly at your Airtel office/outlet in Kuvempu Nagar, Mysore, Karnataka. Nobody seems to be taking my request seriously inspite of my calls. It appears that you are not bothered about the hardship faced by the customer in this kind of a situation.
I expected better care and service from Airtel.
If my request is not attended to immediately, I will be forced to take legal action as deemed fit including filing a case in the consumer court. Please do it at the earliest.
